When Dan Bench stepped up “temporarily,” he had no idea he would be Windermere Baptist Conference Center president and chief executive officer as a volunteer for six years. Though he “retired” from the post in mid-January, he and wife Sandra will continue their volunteer lifestyle.

The Windermere Baptist Conference Center Board of Trustees named Jerry Hill of Nixa as the new president and CEO when they met on the campus on Jan. 24. Hill’s wife, Janet, was named Windermere’s vice president for ministry programing.
